  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    We typically ship orders within 7-10 Business Days. In the event of a sale, shipping times may be delayed. 
     

  • Will I be able to track my order?
    Yes! You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You'll receive a link to track your order. 
     

  • Can you tell me how the apparel fits? 
    Please review sizing chart carefully for each product available on the item page. Some shirts are designed to be fitted.  

     

  • What if I have questions about an order? 
    Feel free to reach out to the customer service email is info@tactigalinc.com or if you wish to reach us on the phone you can email us to request a phone call. We can answer any further questions you may have regarding an order or particular product.
     

  • What if I need to exchange an item? 
    Please email info@tactigalinc.com with your name, order #, and reason for the return. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost. 
     

  • Do you offer refunds? 
    While we hope you love your item, we offer the freedom of hassle free returns. Refunds must be processed within 30 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it and in it's original packaging.  Sale items are however non-refundable.
